Date August 1st (with extra programs on August 2nd as well)
Day Before:
July 31st		 Organizers gather in preparation of the main event. People who booked for the 31st check into the resorts
First Day:
August 1st		 10:00 am Program starts
12:30 lunch
13:00 - 16:00 Cultural programs. General mingling and informal setup.
18:00 Checking in at Tapovan resort, transportation will be arranged. Dinner and Cultural programs.
Second Day (Optional) :
August 2nd		 Day open for trekking, bird watching, mingling and catching up
